Alex So, Founder and Managing Partner of FastLane Group
Alex is responsible for the strategic development of FastLane Group. He is a fellow member of CPA Australia and has over 20 years of professional finance and accounting, corporate finance, and investment experience in the financial services and asset management companies. Alex held regional Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer roles in a number of global financial institutions including at Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, Hong Kong listed company and Asian private equity firm. He is an active investor for early stage and high growth companies.
Wilson Ng, Partner and Managing Partner of FastLane CPA
Wilson is a Hong Kong practicing accountant under Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant and CPA Australia. He has over 20 years of professional accounting experiences from KPMG and financial controlling experiences at investment and commercial banks in Hong Kong and Sydney. Currently, he is a leading online accounting practitioner with Xero to serve private and corporate clients for Hong Kong auditing and taxation advice.
Cindy Chui, Partner and Head of Payroll and HR Solution Services
Cindy is a qualified accountant with over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, corporate services, taxation, management and financial planning. She has worked with various multinationals including PricewaterhouseCoopers and ING. Cindy was the Senior Vice President and Company Secretary of a Hong Kong GEM board-listed company. She holds an MBA from Manchester Business School. She is also currently the Managing Director of Hong Kong Administrative Services since 2007 and providing high quality corporate services to local and overseas clients.
